Results versus Price?

Often, when looking for a contractor, the first question might be price per square foot, which is understandable. But there are may more factors that influence that price like; access to the area of your property, material type, and maybe most importantly, the topography or slope that must be leveled.

If you are evaluating multiple contractors, ensure that the company is licensed and insured by requesting the state contractors number and insurance policy.

Price is the first metric of value, but we all know that we’ve never paid less for something that’s higher quality. If you have a quote from a contractor that’s much less than say, three others, that could be a red flag. Most of the time, the middle price shows that they are pricing based on experience, and that small details will be addressed as part of a cohesive product delivery.

We have our own crews, concrete trucks and equipment, so we have excellent control over quality.

We’ve been providing residential and commercial concrete, masonry and hardscape services in Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier, and surrounding counties with decades of experience.

For our commercial clients, we can provide service for much of the State of Virginia, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Stamped Concrete Pricing

Stamped concrete is a practical alternative to stone, brick or pavers. With the lack of mortar or paver jointing sand, the weeds can’t grow!

The sealed surface also is easier to keep clean from soil, and resists staining from spills and food. One caution is to remove fallen leaves as quickly as possible, especially wet leaves to prevent the tannin from permeating the breathable sealer.

Depending on the design complexity and colors chosen, the price of stamped concrete can range from $20-26 per square foot.

Concrete Driveways, Walkways and Patio Pricing

With ideal conditions, like a level backyard, driveway access at the side of the home, a double gate for access and dry conditions, the price per square foot of brushed concrete can range from $12-15 per square foot.

This does not include retaining walls or footers that may be needed to level out the new patio or driveway space, or demolition of existing concrete, or tree removal.

It does include attentive and courteous crews and project managers, excellent finishing work and the 12 month workmanship warranty on all original work.
